This may be irrelevant overall but I do feel the need to pay it a little more attention, you say it suddenly bought the Royal Merchant, and you previously mentioned having the 3 month milestone/reward. When starting the game on the iphone account it suddenly buys royal merchant without me pressing anything Is there any way I can get into contact with a live chat moderator or support or something so I dont have to wake up to a new support assistant every time writing a whole paragraph about something other than my issue? I called my bank since I'm currently locked out from my bank due to lack of E-ID after phone swap but they said no charges was made, and I can't see any transactions from my Apple-ID, so I asked the support to look into the issue but I dont know if they dont understand my issue or are just trying to push the issue to apple instead, but they keep sending links about account transfer and asking for my other account that has nothing to do with this issue. Now the problem is that I have never bought royal merchant on the Iphone account before and the new Iphone had none of my new updated payment info but still somehow it bought royal merchant.? 3 month reward even.

I used to have an Iphone with a shop titans account that was only level 14 a bit over a year ago or so, I decided to take up a deal on a samsung and have been playing on the account that was created on that phone ever since, now however I swapped back to a new Iphone and it logged me back into the old account that was no longer being used (I didn't know about transfering between 2 OS back then so people dont mention 2 accounts = not allowed, I already know).
